Currently, under budget we just have income – expenses = “savings” but income and expenses both have categories while “savings” do not. I want the ability to add transactions such as moving money into brokerage account or savings account under “savings” From a user: When I label expenses or income as reimbursement, flag it to map to its income or expense, respectively. For example, I go on a work trip and have a hotel ($100), a meal ($20), and an Uber ride ($30). I label the expenses as reimbursement and I’m triggered to map them to […] Please allow more control over our rules/filters. The current system is almost insulting with how basic it is. If I change a transaction category, it asks if I want to create a rule and apply to all transactions. There is no option to edit the rule, just a Yes or No style prompt. Clicking yes […] create savings buckets (for example, vacation) and track contributions to a savings account that are earmarked for those savings goals As a user I would like to create my own categories and be able to add sub-categories to it and move sub-categories to other categories. Being able to undo a rule is needed. I now have certain transactions that are being auto-hid and can’t find them to add to a paid bill under Budgets. Now it looks like I’ve missed payments, but my actual bank account website shows the payment. Thanks! It would be amazing to track recurring transactions to see “free to spend” before one’s next payday The new iOS APIs for Apple Card allow iOS users to download their Apple Card transactions more often than once per month. Please look into using the new APIs for iOS users. Thank you! Examples: Property Tax annual payment, annual subscriptions, annual credit card fee, dental insurance paid once/year There should be a way to set a rule to tag and apply to budget based on historic transactions. For example, my husband and I have separate checking accounts and a joint account. His monthly transfer to our joint account is income that goes toward the rest of my expenses. I should be able to […] Piere is feature rich and has some pretty good UX. That said, I think it needs a bit of a redesign in terms of styling/fonts/assets/etc. Not only would this make Piere feel more premium (it functions that way!), but it would make it easier and more attractive to market The account list ordering seems random. This is under 1) Add manual transaction==> Account and ) Transaction/Report Filter==> Account and 3) Under my institution to reconnect/connect an account
It would be nice to have the ordering to be alphabetical order by custom account name or institution, so one can easily find an account I purchase a gift card for $200 as the main transaction. Of course, I won't use this gift card all at once, so I use split transaction every time I make a purchase with this gift card. Every time I split the transaction, the "main" transaction where it deduct the balance from is random
Example
Day 1
Transaction […] Overview of account balances on the main dashboard.

You can swipe between the four cards and […] Essentially something similar to wealthfront’s retirement tracker that can help user estimate whether they are on track to retire by a certain age the user desires. This can be based on current trends/budgets and what the user expects to spend per month in retirement. Unlike wealthfront, user should be able to determine which accounts are […] Please change the pie chart in the new reports feature into bar charts. It’s nearly impossible to gain any insight from pies that have more than 2 or 3 pieces. 20 or more—yikes! When Creating a manual transaction, there is the account drop down, it would be nice to have a search field to type in the account name instead of scrolling to find that account. Some of us have a lot of different accounts to sort through when assigning an account to a manual transaction It would be amazing if the CSV transaction export included information on whether each transaction is pending. Or alternatively maybe allow filter including/excluding pending transactions in the reports section. Can we get Sankey Diagram style reporting feature similar to how other apps do it? automatically categorize manual transactions based on merchant like is already done for automated transactions. Perhaps with custom grouping like retirement account label that user can add their accounts for ira/401k. So default pie chart can show these groupings instead of just individual accounts until that grouping is clicked. Have pie show % and $ Currently discretionary spending is above mandatory. I’d like to be able to organize by priority of expense, from top to bottom Whenever there’s a transfer between accounts, this may cause a spike in net worth temporarily. Although corrected once the balance settles in the new account, this disrupts tracking of net worth over time. Official comment: We wish this was always available! Most institutions limit the frequency of data updates that are available outside their own native online experiences. We do fetch data multiple times a day from the bank but are limited to how frequently the bank itself makes the updated data available. Be able to filter for transactions that aren’t tagged (e.g., in cases where you want to review new transactions, so you can filter by transactions that aren’t tagged yet) Be able to edit pending transactions instead of having to wait for them to settle and then edit them I just want to see my net spending each month (income – expenses) and see a bar chart of the last 6 months. This was the most useful data for me in Mint and I’d like to have that back. Thanks. Some of the accounts I use, and I see people talk about in the subreddit, need pin authentication every time. So every time I open the app, and random times during the day, I get an email from my bank sending me an email with a pin, probably because Piere tried to update the account.
