These Promotional Terms of Use (“Promo Terms”) govern participation in the Piere Platinum Growth Money-Back Guarantee (the “Guarantee”). By enrolling in or participating in the Guarantee, you agree to these Promo Terms, as well as Piere’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Piere Terms”). In the event of a conflict, these Promo Terms control solely with respect to the Guarantee.

1. Overview of the Guarantee

The Guarantee provides peace of mind for Piere Platinum subscribers. If you utilize the Piere platform as intended and do not realize a specific monetary value—as tracked by our internal tools—Piere will refund the difference between the value you achieved and $120.00 USD, subject to the eligibility criteria below.

2. The Guarantee Term

The “Term” of this Guarantee is defined as the 365-day period commencing immediately upon the moment you register for a Piere Platinum subscription.

3. Definition of “Value Created”

For purposes of this Guarantee, “Value Created” refers to the dollar value calculated and determined by Piere in its sole discretion based on measurable financial outcomes. This value is calculated and displayed via the Platinum Growth Tracker (see Section 6).

Value may include, without limitation:

  • Interest earned or increased yield;
  • Fees avoided;
  • Interest savings;
  • Cashback or rewards earned; and
  • Other quantifiable financial benefits attributable to executed Moves.

Piere’s determination of the Value and the functionality of the Tracker are final and binding for purposes of the Guarantee.

4. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a payout under this Guarantee, you must meet all of the following criteria throughout or during the Term:

  • Subscription Status: You must maintain a Piere Platinum subscription in good standing for the entire duration of the Term (365 days). Canceling, pausing, or having your subscription suspended for non-payment or policy violations will void the Guarantee.
  • Residency: You must be a legal resident of the United States for the full duration of the Term.
  • Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the start of the Term.
  • Account Linking: You must successfully link and maintain at least two (2) qualifying deposit accounts based in the U.S. within the Piere app.
  • Platform Activity: You must complete at least two (2) “Moves” during each month of the Term (see Section 5 for definition).
  • Account Balance: You must not, at any time during the Term, carry a negative Piere Cash balance. Any instance of a negative balance will disqualify you from the Guarantee.

Failure to meet any of the above requirements at any time renders you ineligible for the Guarantee and any associated refund.

5. Definition of a “Move”

For the purposes of this Guarantee, a “Move” is defined as a user-generated instruction for an autonomous money transfer between your connected accounts within the Piere app (e.g., setting a rule to transfer funds from a checking account to a savings account upon receipt of a paycheck).

To count toward the Platform Activity requirement listed in Section 4, a Move must be successfully completed. A completed Move requires that:

  1. The funds are successfully debited from the linked source account; and
  2. The funds are successfully deposited into the linked destination account.

Note: Transfers that are failed, rejected, canceled, or reversed for any reason do not count as a completed Move.

6. Tracking and Reporting (Platinum Growth Tracker)

Piere tracks Value Created using the Platinum Growth Tracker (the “Tracker”) located within the Piere app.

  • The figure displayed in the Tracker at the precise end of the Term is the final “Value.”
  • Piere will provide reporting to users at least monthly within the Piere app or via other communications.
  • Reporting is provided for informational purposes only. Final refund eligibility and amounts are determined at the end of the applicable subscription period.

7. Refund Structure

If, upon the conclusion of the Term, you have met all Eligibility Requirements listed in Section 4, and the Value displayed in the Tracker is less than $120.00 USD, you are eligible for a refund.

  • Calculation: We will refund the cash value difference between the Tracker’s final Value and $120.00 USD.
    • Example: If the Tracker shows a Value of $100.00, Piere will refund you $20.00 ($120.00 – $100.00 = $20.00).
    • Example: If the Tracker shows a Value of $120.00 or greater, no refund is owed.
  • Cap: Refunds are capped at the amount paid for the Piere Platinum subscription and will not exceed $120.00 USD.

8. Refund Method and Wallet Requirement

If you qualify for a refund:

  • Refunds will be issued only as a deposit into your Piere Wallet.
  • To access or transfer refunded funds, you must maintain an active Moves account and comply with all applicable onboarding, verification, and transfer requirements.
  • Piere is not responsible for delays or failures resulting from incomplete registration, failed verification, or account restrictions.
  • No refunds will be issued via credit card, bank reversal, or alternative payment methods.

9. Disqualification and Abuse Prevention

Piere reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant has:

  • Attempted to manipulate, game, or artificially inflate Value Created or the Tracker;
  • Failed to use Moves as intended;
  • Provided false, incomplete, or misleading information;
  • Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith conduct; or
  • Violated the Piere Terms.

Disqualification may occur with or without notice and voids any refund eligibility.

10. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with refunds or value received through this Guarantee. Piere does not provide tax advice.

11. Modification or Termination

Piere reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Guarantee at any time, prospectively, for any reason. Changes will not retroactively affect refunds already earned under these Promo Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piere is not responsible for:

  • Missed savings opportunities due to user inaction or configuration choices;
  • Market changes or third-party account behavior;
  • Technical outages or third-party service interruptions;
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Guarantee.

13. Governing Law

These Promo Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws specified in the Piere Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
