Univers Tech, LLC. (“Univers Tech,” “we,” or “us,” or “our”) cares about your privacy and recognizes the importance of protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the kind of information we may collect during your visit to our website or mobile application (the “Sites”). This Policy does not encompass the personal information we collect from our employees, job applicants, independent contractors, franchises or franchise applicants. We currently do not engage in any of these activities, and only share non-public information with nonaffiliated third parties that are service providers.

We use Segment Analytics to evaluate the use of our website. Segment Analytics uses cookies and other identifiers to collect information, such as how often users visit the website, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other websites they visited prior to visiting our website. Personal Information of Minors

Our products and services are not directed to minors under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect the Personal Information of minors under 13.

International Residents

Personal Information collected from you, including via our Sites, will be transferred to the United States where the Sites are hosted. You hereby consent to the transfer of your Personal Information to the United States as described in this Privacy Policy. Please do not use the Sites if you do not agree to the transfer and processing of your Personal Information in the United States, which may not provide the same level of protection for your data as your home country.

We will review and update this Policy as required to keep current with rules and regulations, new technologies and security standards. We will post those changes on the website or update the “last updated” date of the Privacy Policy. If the changes are material, you will be notified via email or a notice on our website.
