Piere Platinum Promo Terms

These Promotional Terms of Use (“Promo Terms”) govern participation in the Piere “Moves Savings Guarantee” promotional offer (the “Promotion”). By enrolling in or participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Promo Terms, as well as Piere’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Piere Terms”). In the event of a conflict, these Promo Terms control solely with respect to the Promotion.


1. Overview of the Promotion

Piere offers a subscription tier known as Piere Platinum, which provides access to advanced features including Piere’s automated money movement functionality, Moves.

Under this Promotion, eligible users who purchase a Piere Platinum subscription at the standard price of $119.99 per year may qualify for a refund of the difference between:

  • The annual subscription price ($119.99), and

  • The total verified value created through the use of Moves during the applicable subscription period,

subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below.


2. Definition of “Value Created”

For purposes of this Promotion, “Value Created” refers to the dollar value calculated and determined by Piere in its sole discretion based on measurable financial outcomes resulting from the proper use of Moves. This may include, without limitation:

  • Interest earned or increased yield,

  • Fees avoided,

  • Interest savings,

  • Cashback or rewards earned,

  • Other quantifiable financial benefits attributable to executed Moves.

Piere’s methodology for calculating Value Created may evolve over time and will be applied consistently across participants. Piere’s calculations are final and binding for purposes of the Promotion.


3. Refund Structure

At the end of the applicable subscription period:

  • If your total Value Created is less than $119.99, you may receive a refund equal to the difference.

    • Example: If Value Created equals $100, you may receive a $19.99 refund.

  • If your total Value Created is equal to or greater than $119.99, no refund will be issued.

Refunds are capped at the amount paid for the Piere Platinum subscription and will not exceed $119.99.


4. Eligibility Requirements (Strict)

To be eligible for the Promotion, you must satisfy all of the following requirements for the duration of the subscription period:

a. Platinum Subscription

You must maintain an active Piere Platinum subscription in good standing for the full applicable period.

b. Moves Account Setup

You must successfully:

  • Complete identity verification (KYC) required to open a Moves account, and

  • Maintain an active Moves account throughout the subscription period.

c. Account Connections

You must connect at least three (3) eligible financial accounts to Moves and keep them connected and in good standing.

d. Minimum Activity Requirement

You must execute at least five (5) Moves per calendar month, as recorded by Piere’s systems.

Failure to meet any of the above requirements at any time renders you ineligible for the Promotion and any associated refund.


5. Tracking and Reporting

Piere will track Value Created using its internal systems and will provide reporting to users at least monthly within the Piere app or via other communications.

Reporting is provided for informational purposes only. Final refund eligibility and amounts are determined at the end of the applicable subscription period.


6. Refund Method and Wallet Requirement

If you qualify for a refund:

  • Refunds will be issued only as a deposit into your Piere Wallet.

  • To access or transfer refunded funds, you must maintain an active Moves account and comply with all applicable onboarding, verification, and transfer requirements.

  • Piere is not responsible for delays or failures resulting from incomplete registration, failed verification, or account restrictions.

No refunds will be issued via credit card, bank reversal, or alternative payment methods.


7. Disqualification and Abuse Prevention

Piere reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant has:

  • Attempted to manipulate, game, or artificially inflate Value Created,

  • Failed to use Moves as intended,

  • Provided false, incomplete, or misleading information,

  • Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith conduct, or

  • Violated the Piere Terms.

Disqualification may occur with or without notice and voids any refund eligibility.


8. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with refunds or value received through this Promotion. Piere does not provide tax advice.


9. Modification or Termination

Piere reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, prospectively, for any reason. Changes will not retroactively affect refunds already earned under these Promo Terms.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piere is not responsible for:

  • Missed savings opportunities due to user inaction or configuration choices,

  • Market changes or third-party account behavior,

  • Technical outages or third-party service interruptions,

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Promotion.


11. Governing Law

These Promo Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws specified in the Piere Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
