Piere $60 Promotional Deposit Terms

These Promotional Terms of Use (“Promo Terms”) govern participation in the Piere $60 Promotional Deposit (the “Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Promo Terms, as well as Piere’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Piere Terms”). In the event of a conflict, these Promo Terms control solely with respect to the Promotion.

1. Overview of the Promotion

The Promotion offers eligible Piere Platinum subscribers a one-time $60.00 USD promotional deposit upon successfully completing a qualifying Move through the Piere platform. The Promotion is designed to reward users who actively engage with the Piere Platinum experience.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on February 26, 2026 and continues until terminated by Piere in its sole discretion (the “Promotion Period”). Piere reserves the right to end the Promotion at any time, with or without notice. Users who have already claimed the promotional deposit prior to termination will not be affected.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the $60.00 promotional deposit, you must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Subscription Status: You must hold an active, paid Piere Platinum subscription at the time you claim the promotional deposit. Users on a free trial do not qualify.
  • Completed Move: You must have successfully completed at least one (1) qualifying “Move” (as defined in Section 4) through the Piere platform.
  • Residency: You must be a legal resident of the United States.
  • Age: You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • One-Time Only: Each eligible user may claim the promotional deposit exactly once. Duplicate claims are not permitted.

Failure to meet any of the above requirements renders you ineligible for the Promotion.

4. Definition of a “Move”

For purposes of this Promotion, a “Move” is defined as a user-generated instruction for a money transfer between your connected accounts within the Piere app.

To count as a qualifying Move, the transfer must be successfully completed, meaning:

  1. The funds are successfully debited from the linked source account; and
  2. The funds are successfully deposited into the linked destination account.

Transfers that are pending, failed, rejected, canceled, or reversed for any reason do not qualify.

5. How to Claim

Once you have met all eligibility criteria:

  1. Open the Piere app and locate the $60 promotional indicator on the Home or Moves screen.
  2. Tap the indicator and follow the on-screen prompts.
  3. Select a destination account (a linked U.S. checking or savings account) to receive the deposit.
  4. Confirm the transfer by tapping “Transfer Now.”

The $60.00 deposit amount is fixed and cannot be modified. You may not split the deposit across multiple accounts.

6. Deposit Method and Timing

  • The promotional deposit will be transferred directly to the destination account you select during the claim process.
  • Transfers are processed via Piere’s payment partner and are subject to standard processing times, which may take 1–3 business days.
  • Piere is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution, incomplete account verification, or account restrictions.
  • No alternative payment methods (check, credit, gift card, etc.) are available.

7. Disqualification and Abuse Prevention

Piere reserves the right to disqualify any participant and reverse or withhold the promotional deposit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant has:

  • Attempted to claim the deposit more than once, including through multiple accounts
  • Manipulated the promotion mechanics or exploited technical vulnerabilities
  • Provided false, incomplete, or misleading information
  • Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith conduct
  • Violated the Piere Terms

Disqualification may occur with or without notice.

8. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the promotional deposit. Piere does not provide tax advice.

9. Modification or Termination

Piere reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, for any reason. Changes will not affect promotional deposits that have already been successfully claimed and processed prior to such modification or termination.

10. Governing Law

These Promo Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws specified in the Piere Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
