Some banks and financial services (e.g. CashApp, certain payroll providers) are not currently supported through Plaid or MX. Users would like the ability to connect their accounts by entering their routing and account numbers directly, so they can track deposits and transactions from these institutions without relying on an automated connection. This would be especially useful for users whose payroll direct deposits go through services that aren’t available via the standard connection flow.
