Allow users to manually edit the rolled-over amount on rollover budget categories. Currently, rollover budgets automatically carry forward the surplus or deficit from the previous month, but there is no way to override or manually set the rollover amount. An edit option (e.g., a pencil icon on the budget category detail screen) would let users correct or adjust the rollover balance directly, rather than being locked into the automatically calculated figure.
