Service ticket tracking

It would be great to have some sort of feedback/tracking system for submitted service tickets. When submitting currently the message seems to go into the void without even an automated email saying it was received. When additional symptoms arise there is no way to update a ticket so a user is forced to open a second one.

As someone that is paying for Piere Plus, one of the features is “Priority Customer Support” and I am not sure what that means.
