Assign income to a specific budget period

Allow users to assign income received in one month to a different budget period. For example, income received on the last day of April would be designated for May’s budget rather than April’s. This is useful for users who are paid on a schedule where one paycheck falls at the end of the current month but is intended to fund the following month’s expenses. Currently, Piere assigns income to the budget period in which it is received, making it difficult for these users to accurately plan and track their monthly budget.
