Co-ownership / partial ownership percentage for shared assets and liabilities

When a user shares ownership of an asset or liability with someone outside their Piere household (for example, a mortgage split 50/50 with a partner), Piere currently counts the full balance toward their net worth. This overstates their liabilities (or assets) and gives an inaccurate picture of their financial position.

The request is for a way to specify an ownership percentage on any account — so that only the user’s actual share is reflected in their net worth. For example, if a mortgage balance is $400,000 and the user owns 50%, only $200,000 would appear as a liability on their net worth.

This would be especially useful for:
– Shared mortgages or real estate with a partner, spouse, or co-owner who is not in the same Piere household
– Joint investment or savings accounts where each party holds a percentage
– Any asset or liability where the user’s economic interest is less than 100%

A workaround today is to manually enter only one’s own share, but that breaks automatic syncing with the actual account balance.
