Users with EBC Flex benefit accounts (employer-sponsored HSA and flexible spending accounts managed through the EBC Flex participant portal at portals.ebcflex.com) would like to connect these accounts directly in Piere to track their health savings and benefit balances alongside their other financial accounts. Currently EBC Flex is not available as a supported institution through Plaid or MX, making it impossible to sync these accounts automatically.
