Have the ability to change a budget category from a discretionary to mandatory expense (and vice-versa)
For example – "toys" falls under the childcare category, which is a mandatory expense in the budget. However, it would be beneficial to be able to categorize "toys" as a discretionary expense instead. There are several other budget categories that would be nice to move from discretionary to mandatory/vice-versa, so ideally it would be awesome if users could assign each budget category as discretionary or mandatory based on their priorities.

The workaround for this would be to just manually create a “Toys” subcategory under a discretionary category like “Shopping”.
