Merchant name normalization for cleaner transaction display and filtering

When transactions are imported from banks and card networks, the raw merchant description string (e.g. “GUITARCENTER.COM CALL CT”) is often displayed as-is in the Merchant field. Other financial apps normalize these strings to clean, recognizable merchant names (e.g. “Guitar Center”).

Improving merchant name normalization would make it easier to:
– Identify transactions at a glance without decoding raw payment processor strings
– Filter and search transactions by merchant name reliably (e.g. searching “Guitar Center” would find both online and in-store purchases regardless of how the raw string appears)
– Keep transaction history organized across purchases from the same retailer made through different channels (online vs. in-store)

This would bring Piere in line with what other leading personal finance platforms already do for merchant display.
