Reassign custom subcategory to a different parent category
Currently, when creating a custom subcategory, the parent category is fixed at creation time and cannot be changed afterward. It would be helpful to be able to move a custom subcategory from one parent category to another without having to delete and recreate it. This would make it easier to reorganize a budget structure over time without losing transaction history tied to those subcategories.
