The request is for rollover budgets to dynamically recalculate whenever a past transaction is edited, so that the rolled-over surplus or deficit always reflects the true, up-to-date transaction history. This would eliminate the need to manually export and reconcile transactions outside the app, and bring the experience closer to what tools like Mint offered.
