Some financial institutions (such as Openbank by Santander) require two-factor authentication (2FA) as part of their login flow when connecting via Plaid. Currently, the Plaid link flow in Piere does not complete this 2FA step, causing the connection to be rejected by the institution.

Supporting 2FA prompts during the bank connection flow would allow users to successfully link institutions that enforce MFA as a security requirement, expanding the range of accounts they can track in Piere.
