Users with Voya retirement accounts through smaller employer plans (such as GLC Retirement Plans for nonprofit organizations) are unable to connect their accounts. Plaid’s catalogue covers a number of larger employer-specific Voya plans, but many smaller or nonprofit-sponsored plans are not listed. Adding support for additional Voya Retirement employer plan variants – particularly those used by nonprofits and smaller organizations – would allow more users to automatically sync their retirement savings without needing to rely on manual accounts.
