Users with Voya-administered 403(b) retirement plans through universities and higher education institutions (such as employer-specific 403(b) plans) are unable to connect their accounts to Piere. These plans are not currently available through Plaid’s institution catalogue as named employer-specific entries. Supporting this would allow employees of universities and other educational institutions to track their retirement savings alongside the rest of their finances in Piere. In the meantime, affected users can track their balance using a manual account.
