Currently, budget categories are split into two separate sections: “budgeted” categories (where a spending limit has been set) and “untracked” categories (where no budget amount has been set). This means users who want to see all their spending in one place must either set a placeholder budget (e.g., $0) on every category or switch between sections. A previous version of the app displayed all categories with spending in a single unified view, regardless of whether a budget amount had been set. Many users find the current split disorienting and would prefer a single unified list showing all categories where spending occurred — both tracked and untracked — side by side. This would make it easier to get a complete picture of monthly spending without needing to manage placeholder budgets or scroll between sections.
